Construction:

• Made out of high temperature chrome nickle steel tube having 28 / 24 mm round G.I. / S.S. finns provided with 2 brackets/nipples for installation. Designed for rapid and uniform heat transfer for forced convection air heating. Ideal for usage in air ducts and forced air.

• Are made of Stainless Steel, GP Sheathing having the heat resistance Chrome nickel 80/20 element coil protected under the best insulation to avoid the leakage of current and to ensure the long life of the heaters. Finns *(3″ x 1.5″), ** (3.5″ x 1.5″) which increase the output of heat to the maximum dissipation and having screw type terminals on one end for proper connection.

• Generally available from 1.5 Kwto 4.0 Kw, 230 Volts/ AC/50 Hz/Single Phase, Operates upto 550°F . Two Lclamps are provided on both ends of heaters for proper installation.

• Finned Air Heaters are consisting of two tubuler mineral filled incoloy-800/stainless steel – 321 sheathed elements dia 8 mm, in one unit G.P. Finns (3.5″ x 1.5″) are provided for quick dissipation of heat. It can be installed in any position as per space requirements. Its 50% wattage can be utilized if required. Its special feature – maximum wattage in minimum space.

Finned tubular air heating elements are like basic tubular elements with the addition of continuous spiral fins brazed to the sheath or rectangular fins crimped to the sheath. Fins greatly increase surface area and permit faster heat transfer to air, resulting in lower surface element temperatures.

They can be provided with rectangular fins of various thcknesses. Continuous finned heaters are made with continuous round fins of various diameter and thickness.
